When traveling through Japan, my husband and I visited Kyoto as one of our destinations. In Kyoto, Japan we visited many of the temples and shrines that the city had to offer. In Osaka, Japan, we visited “Uncle Rikuro” the legendary place that has been making jiggly cheesecakes for over 28 years. These jiggly cheesecakes are so popular that we were lucky enough to avoid those long lines that are always wrapping around the block. The cakes are best eaten when served, Hot, Fluffy and Jiggly!
