Uncle Rikuro Jiggly Cheesecake Osaka Japan Vlog

In Osaka, Japan, we visited "Uncle Rikuro" the legendary place that has been making jiggly cheesecakes for over 28 years. These jiggly cheesecakes are so popular that we were lucky enough to avoid those long lines that are always wrapping around the block. The cakes are best eaten when served, Hot, Fluffy and Jiggly!
Not only was it fun to watch the jiggly cheesecakes come out of oven to be branded with Uncle Rikuro iron, it was also great to taste something that had become so popular on social media. When sitting with my husband in the cafe eating our delicious jiggly cheesecake, we were also able to witness the staff rapidly producing these fluffy little masterpieces to keep up with the rapid demand...quite impressive!
